Services Provided
Mad Bones Services LLC provides towing, vehicle transport, roadside assistance, accident recovery, machinery hauling, private property/trespass tow-aways and police towing services in Pulaski and throughout Central NewYork. All services are performed at the request of the customer, and by requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Payment & Fees
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods are cash, card, or approved electronic payment. Additional fees may apply for storge, long distance transport, heavy recovery, specialty equippment use, or holiday/after hours. Storage fees begin when the vehicle is delivered to our lot.
Limitation of Liability
While Mad Bones Services LLC takes every precaution to ensure the safe handling, transport and recovery of vehicles and equipment, towing and recovery involves inhernt risks. We are not Responsible for:
-Pre-existing damage to vehicles or cargo.
-Mechanical or electrical failures discovered after towing.
-Personal property left inside vehicles.
Liability for any damage or injury caused by negligence on our part is limited to the value of the service performed.
Vehicle Storage & Release
Vehicles stored at our facility are held at the owners risk. Release requires proof of ownership, Valid registration, insurance and license and payment of all fees, including towing and storage charges.
Saftey & Compliance
All Mad Bones Services LLC operators are fully licensed, insured and DOT compliant. Customers are expected to provide accurate information about the vehicle and cooperate with operator instructions for safe handling and road-side safety.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected for service requests or billing purposes will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Photo & Media Release
By using our services, you consent to the potential use of photos or videos of vehicles or jobs performedfor marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Right to Refuse Service
Mad Bones Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, illegal situations or when proper payment cannot be arranged.
